Johnston County law enforcement officials are searching for a Milburn man that has been missing for more than a week.

Dan Lee Briscoe was last seen at the Washita River near Russett on July 19, according to officials with the Johnston County Sheriff's Department.

Friends of Briscoe reported him missing July 22. Law enforcement officials searched the river and a nearby wooded area after finding Briscoe's abandoned truck, but found no sign of the man.

Briscoe is described as a white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds. He has dark brown hair and brown eyes.

Officials at the Johnston County Sheriff's Department said they have found no evidence of foul play and Briscoe is officially classified as a missing person at this point.
